Mobile Caretaker - Manchester

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a local authority based in Manchester who require a mobile caretaker to join their team on a temporary basis. Previous experience within a similar role and a Full UK Driving License is essential for this position.

This is a full time role working 8am-3:30pm Monday to Friday with a total of 35 hours per week. The role involves maintaining various housing estates within the Manchester borough which includes cleaning of communal areas, removal of graffiti, litter picking, light bulbs changes and general maintenance. Previous experience and a Full UK Driving License would be helpful.
