We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team in the Manchester, Warrington, and Bolton areas. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, from installations to repairs, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, staircases, and furniture.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects within set deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project specifications are met.
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
