Catering Assistant

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a housing association based in the Haringey area who require a catering assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Previous experience within the hospitality sector is essential for this position. This is a part time role working 20 hours per week and will include weekends on a rota basis.

The Role:

• Prepare basic bar meals
• Serve food alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, tidy and attractively presented.
• Welcome residents and serve them in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure that standards of cleanliness are maintained and followed at all times.

What we are looking for:

• A "can-do" and friendly attitude
• By hygiene aware - cleaning is a key part of this role
• Basic food hygiene knowledge
• Customer interaction
