The Ideal Children, Young People & Family Practitioner:
Will be someone who has worked with people under the age of 25 suffering with substance misuse problems whilst helping their families too, co-locating in schools, university and family hubs.
Job Title: Children, Young People & Family Practitioner
Location: South London
Shift Pattern: 9 to 5
Type of Contract: Temporary
Weekly Rate: £787.50 Per Week
Expectations of a Children, Young People & Family Practitioner:
- Manage a small service user caseload
- Carry Out Triage/Screening Assessments
- To improve outcomes for children, parents/carer and families of service users by reducing drug and alcohol related harm
- Deliver quality programs including psychosocial interventions
Compliance Requirements:
- Enhanced Child And Adults DBS (Within 12 Months/Update Service Registered)
- Valid Right to Work
- Most Recent Employment References
