We are looking for 7 caring and dedicated individuals to join our client as Residential Care Workers across Sutton Coldfield, Handsworth, Rugeley, and Smethwick!

Position: Residential Care Worker
Reporting To: Registered Manager
Salary Range: £22,308 - £27,849
Hours: Full-time, 163 hours per month
Location: x2 Sutton Coldfield, x2 Handsworth, x2 Rugeley, x1 Smethwick

What you'll do:

• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people in our care.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking, shopping, and laundry.
• Help develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs.
• Be a positive role model and build trusting relationships with young people.
• Contribute to a safe and secure environment.

What you'll bring:

• A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) is desirable, but not mandatory for all locations.
• A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle (this is a must)
• A caring and compassionate nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding children.
