Service Care Legal are working with a well-established, growing law firm in North London, which is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join its expanding Commercial Department. The firm has a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services and offers a supportive, dynamic environment that promotes both personal and professional growth.
 
ROLE:                  Commercial Property Lawyer
LOCATION:        
North London
SALARY:              £50,000 to £80,000 per annum
PQE:                    
3 to 6 years’
 
The Role:
 
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer with 3 to 6 years' PQE to take on a broad and diverse caseload. The firm’s Commercial Department includes both Commercial Property and Corporate & Commercial teams, supported by the Employment and Dispute Resolution teams, ensuring a collaborative working environment.
 
As a key member of the team, you will handle a variety of transactional matters, including: 
  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
  • Development projects
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Asset management
  • Banking, finance, and loan agreements
  • Business and asset sales/purchases
  • Insolvency and restructuring
  • You will work with a wide range of clients, including SMEs, property developers, lending institutions, housing associations, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • A significant part of the role will be managing your own caseload and building relationships with clients, alongside mentoring and supporting junior lawyers.
About You: 
  • 3-6 years’ PQE in commercial property law, with a strong background in handling both commercial property and corporate law matters
  • Proven experience in commercial acquisitions, development, landlord and tenant matters, asset management, and corporate transactions
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong communication skills and experience dealing with a diverse client base
  • A proactive approach to business development and a keen interest in marketing initiatives
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior lawyers would be a plus
