Position Overview:
We are seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) to 2 years PQE+ Commercial Property Solicitor to join our vibrant team. If you have up to one year of post-qualification experience and are eager to grow your career in commercial property, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development agreements.
- Provide clients with clear, practical legal advice tailored to their needs.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare legal documentation related to commercial property matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and market trends in commercial property.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 1 year experience) with a focus on commercial property law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
