Salary: £14.24ph Umbrella
Job Type: Full-Time, 3 months initial contract

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commissioning of services in [specific sectors, e.g., health, social care, education, etc.], ensuring they deliver exceptional quality and value.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis, service reviews, and gap analyses to identify needs and opportunities for service improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement commissioning strategies aligned with organisational priorities and goals.
- Manage the procurement and contract management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Monitor and evaluate commissioned services, ensuring they deliver agreed outcomes and adapt to changing needs.
- Ensure budgets and financial resources are effectively allocated and managed to optimise service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in commissioning, procurement, or contract management, ideally within the public sector.
- Strong understanding of commissioning principles, processes, and relevant legislation.
- Ability to analyse complex data, manage budgets, and identify service needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including service providers, government bodies, and the community.
- Experience in managing complex projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
