Grounds maintenance Team Leader


Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a local housing association based in Yeoville who require a Grounds maintenance team leader to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday with a total of 37 hours per week.
The role involves:


· Daily deep cleaning of communal areas
· Maintain all work locations, including store rooms in a clean and safe order
· Carry out visual building checks and report to the scheme management any damage or repairs noted/identified
· Observe and adhere to health and safety requirements at all times (including COSHH regulations)
· Attend staff meetings, training and supervision
· Order log and monitor cleaning materials
· Clean/Maintain laundry machines
· Assist the Scheme manager in general office administration tasks
· Assist in social events as required
