The Winchester Adult CMHT is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and talented professional to join the team. We are looking for an experienced individual to support service users requiring increased support from the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)

Main duties of the job

To be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team supporting the assessment and care planning for our service users.

To act as care co-ordinator to an agreed caseload of service users with severe and enduring mental illness.

To undertake ongoing assessment, treatment and evaluation for service users known to the service

To support the delivery of therapeutic interventions either individually or within a group setting.

Support the transformation of the team to deliver local evidence based care.

We also offer a £250 bonus for starting this contract this will be paid out to you after 150 hours completed (4 Weeks)
