Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join an NHS service in Coventry on a contract basis. This role offers a great opportunity for a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking to transition into a community-based setting.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: £21.50 per hour (LTD Umbrella)
- Providing mental health support to individuals within the community.
- Conducting initial assessments and developing tailored care plans.
- Managing a caseload of service users, supporting their recovery and well-being.
- Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams including doctors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Delivering risk assessments and crisis interventions when necessary.
- Administering medication and monitoring patients’ responses to treatment.
- Offering psychoeducation and guidance to patients and their families.
- Ensuring documentation is up to NHS standards and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with NMC registration.
- Experience in mental health nursing (inpatient or community settings).
- Strong understanding of care coordination, risk management, and crisis intervention.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication and assessment skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable but not essential).
