Registered General Nurse, Band 5 - Bedfordshire

Opportunity available for a Registered General Nurse to work within the Bedfordshire Community Continence Team, Based in Bedfordshire

The team sits within Queensborough House with the role predominantly completing full holistic assessment and continence assessment including ordering continence product and preforming bladder scanning alongside assessment. You will be covering Luton and Bedfordshire GP. As part of this role you will be expected to plan, organise and prioritise own patient caseload and case manage patients and have the ability to recognise the need to refer to other disciplines and agencies where appropriate. You will also be ensuring that patients access prompt and appropriate assessment and treatment and ensure that patient documentation is in line with Trust and professional standards. As part of this role you must be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of own work including the management of a caseload.

This role is to commence ASAP with the role being full time on a 37.5 hour contract, working Monday to Friday.

The hourly rate of pay for this role is: £21.00 Per Hour
