Complaints Officer needed with Westminster Council
Start Date- ASAP
Location - Westminster
Duration - Initially 3 months
Hours per week - 36 hours a week
Salary - £21.65 ltd an hour
Description:
- Coordinate complaints and correspondence received from communities and ward councillors, minimising duplication, and monitoring the timelines and effectiveness of the response
- To develop, implement and deliver a structured and coordinated approach to correspondence and complaints, in conjunction with team leaders, heads of service and the corporate complaints team
- Ensure that complex, high risk and persistent complaints are responded to in an appropriate way, through facilitating the allocation of specific project-based interventions from the response service
What is required?
- Significant experience of managing and coordinating a complaints process, VIP complaints and members enquiries
- Significant experience of managing processes within a public sector organisation
- Significant experience of project coordination and development
- Significant experience in coordinating governance processes
