Job Description

Hi all I'm currently recruiting for a complaints officer to come help out in a healthcare setting.

Rate - £13.15 - £16.17
Hours - 37.5
Location- Birmingham

* Co-ordinating complaints investigations and responses in line with the Trust's Patient Relations Policy and Procedures, which are underpinned by national legislation.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date complaints information on the complaints database (Datix Web).
* Organising, attending and facilitating complaints local resolution meetings as required.
* Write professional complaint responses, ensuring good grammar, consistent approach and a professional style suitable for the reader, before gaining approval via the quality assurance process in readiness for the Chief Executive to sign.
