Compliants Officer

Hi all I'm currently recruiting for a Compliants officer in the Kent area for the NHS. Please apply for more details.

Hours - 37.5
Location - Kent
Rate - £18-£22 PAYE Per hour (Paid Weekly by an umbrella company)

* Analyse complaint, identifying issues, themes and concerns.
* Review information already provided by division, ensuring that it has addressed each concern and identified learning/improvements where possible.
* Identify any outstanding information required to address the complaint concerns
* Use information to draft a Trust response to the complaint

Skills required are:
* Attention to detail.
* Strong communication (particularly written)
* Drafting experience desirable.
* Analytical skills desirable.
* Adequate typing speed.
* Knowledge of case management systems (Datix/InPhase)
* Not essential but clinical knowledge
* Not essential but knowledge of the Trust
