Service Care Solutions are looking for a Multi Skills Construction Tutor to work within the Prison Service on a permanent basis.
Annual Salary: £30,722.81 to £37,059.79
Location: Hounslow and Sutton
We are seeking a Multi Skills Construction Trainer to deliver vocational training within the Offender Learning Sector. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality vocational training in Multi Skills Construction across multiple sites.
- Engage with small groups of learners, preparing them for industry employment.
- Develop learners' practical and theoretical skills, with a strong emphasis on health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to provide employment insights and inspire learner ambitions.
- Manage live projects to enhance the educational experience.
- Create tailored learning plans to meet individual learner goals and ensure readiness for employment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Multi Skills Construction.
- Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
- Assessor and teaching qualifications are desirable.
- Ability to secure, hold, and maintain a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
