Contracts Officer

Job Description

Our client, a housing association based in Sevenoaks are looking for a Contracts Officer to join their team. This is on a permanent basis.

Salary - £38,853.

The purpose of the role is to support the Senior Contract Manager regularly reporting on information related to contract delivery. To deliver excellent services in a friendly, solution-focused way.

To co-ordinate the day to day running of the contract, encompassing the planning of works and managing the performance and delivery to the required contract specification, assisting the Senior Contract Manager where necessary to deliver the requirements of the Contract.

Be responsible for managing compliance works relating to asbestos testing and removal, water testing, lifts, etc.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Previous experience working in a similar role, candidates will need to be experienced within Compliance and will ideally hold P402 / P405 Asbestos qualification or equivalent.
