Band 6 - Community Mental Health Nurse (Dementia Care) - Agency Position
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (Full-time)
Location: Shrewsbury/Telford NHS Trust via Service Care Solutions

Are you a skilled Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse with a passion for dementia care?

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality specialist care for individuals with dementia.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to the diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring person-centered care.
• Offer support and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers regarding dementia management.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in dementia care, particularly in assessment and diagnostic work.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing a caseload.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work within a dynamic NHS environment.

Please also bear in mind our £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3-month contract.

We also offer a £250 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.
