Home based Customer Service Advisor

To apply for this role you must live within a 15 mile radius of Bournmouth

The role will involve handling customer enquiries as a first point of contact, to ensure that customers receive an excellent customer service. The role will operate as part of a team, working within defined procedures and protocols to deliver a consistent and accurate service.

We are looking for an experience and customer focused individual with a proven track record within telephone customer services.

This role is full time and for an initial 10 month contract which may be extended

Pay: £11.64 ltd per hour
