Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Damp Surveyor for a client in Greenwich.

You'll conduct property surveys, diagnose condensation and damp issues, and recommend remedial actions.

This is a full time, temporary role offering £38 to £42 per hour Umbrella LTD (£30.30 to £33.40 per hour PAYE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose damp, condensation, and mould issues and their impact on tenants.
• Understand building structures and specify remedial works.
• Use diagnostic equipment and seasonal monitoring.
• Produce drawings, floor plans, and specifications for improvement works.
• Supervise work completion, ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
• Manage external resources and respond to complaints or feedback.

Requirements:

• Experienced in damp diagnosis and building faults.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and resolve issues.
• Good communication and project management skills.
