Role summary -

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our dynamic team in the stores area. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Collection Orders: Efficiently process and manage trade collection orders.
  • Excel Database Management: Update and maintain Excel databases with accurate and current information.
  • Invoice Matching: Perform invoice matching tasks to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Stock Count Entries: Accurately record stock count entries to maintain precise inventory levels.
  • Report Monitoring: Monitor stores and procurement reports to support the overall team functions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administration roles is preferred.
