A housing association based in Sevenoaks are looking for a Development Manager to join their team. This is on a permanent basis. Salary is £61,678 plus additional benefits.

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing S106, Package deal and Land led new build development projects.

You'll be working with partners and stakeholders including landowners, developers, planners, legal advisors, valuers, architects, and be writing regular reports for the board and executive team, so you'll need to have great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Experienced within Development, specifically housing and new build developments/acquiring land etc.
