A great opportunity has come up for an experienced electrician to work with out client based in Nottingham. You'll be conducting EICR's and responsive repairs to our clients managed properties.
Rate: £20 an hour
Hours: 37 hours a week
Days: Monday - Friday
Job Description
- Organise and carry out the design, installation, maintenance, testing and repair work for the Association's managed properties,
- Manage stock/supplies to ensure works are not delayed.
- Complete and return documentation within agreed timescales; updating and maintaining manual and computerised records relating to testing electrical installations etc.
- Use information available to identify customer needs and ensure services are tailored to meet those needs.
- Carry out responsive electrical repairs.
- Provide out of hours service for electrical emergencies
- Co-ordinate the services of other trades and work with colleagues, contractors and partners to ensure a seamless and excellent service to customers.

- 2391 or equivalent
- 18th edition
- NVQ Level 3 Installations
- Driving License
