Job Specification : Electrician (Engineering and Surveying)

Location: North West Leicestershire

Pay Rate: £23.19

Type : Temp to perm

We are seeking a motivated person to join our In-House Repairs Team to carry out new installations (Rewires), repairs and testing to our housing stock across the district. You will be joining a busy team which undertakes all types of maintenance / building works across a diverse range of occupied and vacant properties. Ideally, we are looking for a multi-skilled operative to carry out Capital Rewires and 1st and 2nd fix installs to our new kitchens and bathrooms.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 AM2 certificate and BS7671 (18th Edition).
• Desirable 2391 Level 3
• Experience in social housing (Desirable)
• Asbestos awareness
• Coshh Training
• Supply your own tool suite sufficient to carryout relevant associated tasks. Where applicable, you will need to provide an up to date calibration certificate. This excludes a wall chaser and dust extractor unit which is provided.
• Own Vehicle covered by business insurance
