About the Position:
An exciting opportunity awaits a skilled Electrician to join our Homes team, covering the Uxbridge/Hayes area on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in conducting repairs, testing, safety inspection reports, electrician certification, and fault finding within our Filled and Void Homes.

Key Requirements:

• Possession of certified qualifications and demonstrated experience in both domestic and commercial electrical works.
• Proven proficiency in electrical fixed wire testing, installation, and maintenance up to 230v.
• Capability to accurately complete relevant certifications, follow established procedures, and diligently record data and information.
• Proficient interpretation of technical data, drawings, and instructions.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused environment, meeting performance targets.
• Ability to work autonomously, showcasing strong organizational and time management skills.
• Decisiveness and problem-solving ability, coupled with a willingness to seek advice when necessary.
• Physical fitness to undertake tasks and lift weights in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Sound understanding of Health & Safety Practices.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• ECS/JiB - Graded Electrician.
• Other building trade skills in addition to main trade.
• Proven knowledge and experience in electrical fixed wire testing, installing and maintaining up to 400v.

Essential Qualifications:

• City and Guilds 236 Pt 1 & 2 (or NVQ Level 3).
• 17th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671.
