Role: Employment Health Associate or Senior associate (4+ years of PQE)
Location: Bristol (also open to other locations) – hybrid working
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Provide crucial support to the healthcare partner leads across a substantial health and care practice, including the NHS, as well as independent healthcare organisations.
- Provide employment support to the team and across multi-disciplinary teams across the firm.
- Provide management and supervisory support to junior colleagues.
- Support on training and client relationship management.
- Hold a current practising certificate in England and Wales with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law.
- Specialised experience in health and care sector advisory roles.
- Strong advocacy and litigation background.
- Knowledge of TUPE regulations, contractual frameworks, and workforce aspects of commercial transactions.
- A minimum of 25 days holiday (plus the option to buy up to an additional 5 days).
