Service Care Solutions is working alongside a dynamic law firm, based in East Yorkshire, which needs a Family Lawyer to join their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families navigating complex and often emotionally charged situations.

ROLE: Family Lawyer
LOCATION: East Yorkshire
SALARY: £30,000 to £40,000

Key Responsibilities of the Family Lawyer role:

Handle a full caseload of family law legal matters from start to completion.
Provide an expert service to existing clients whilst also driving business development for new clients to the firm.
The caseload will handle a mixture of injunctions, private children matters and some legal aid work.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years of PQE.
Strong knowledge of injunctions and private children matters.
Experience with Legal Aid is highly advantageous.
