We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Solicitor to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, helping clients navigate the complexities of family law with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their family law issues, providing clear and empathetic advice.
- Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, and financial settlements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
- Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, petitions, and court applications.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law (Scots Law).
- Previous experience managing a family law caseload is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with care.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
