Family Solicitor
This company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join their team. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to family law. This will be a Hybrid post and some in person advocacy required in Manchester Courts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters
- Attending family court in Manchester
- Conducting advocacy face to face
- Working with local authorities in family law cases
- Meeting with clients to discuss legal matters and provide advice
Job Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in family law
- Experience in advocacy
- Knowledge of local authority procedures would be a benefit but not necessity
- Ability to attend family court in Manchester
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
