We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and patient Support Worker dedicated to supporting our resident reach their maximum potential.
- Promoting Independence: Encourage and enable the resident to develop and maintain their independence, making choices about their lives and participating in community activities.
- Mental Health Support: Work closely with the resident facing mental health challenges, offering emotional support, and assisting in accessing appropriate mental health services.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided, incidents, and individual progress. Generate reports as required.
- Person-Centred Support: Provide empathetic and person-centred support tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals in the service.
Person Specification
- 2 years' minimum experience working within Mental Health services including PTSD and Autism.
- Strong communication and engagement skills.
- Car Driver with Full UK Licence.
- You will have caring and empathetic attitude.
- Transferable fully enhanced DBS.
