Work Pattern: Monday - Friday | 08:30am - 17:00pm
Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for fleet management? We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our client's team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management, maintenance, and servicing of our company's vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with all statutory health and safety regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and monitor preventive maintenance and repair programs for all company vehicles.
- Arrange bookings for vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer's recommendations.
- Coordinate statutory MOT tests and liaise with supervisors and planners.
- Maintain vehicle history files and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Update fleet software with vehicle information and driver records.
- Facilitate replacement hire vans and manage vehicle breakdowns.
- Oversee parking, speeding, and traffic offence fines.
- Arrange for glass and windscreen repairs.
- Maintain day-to-day communication with drivers, including complaints management.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise with both drivers and external service providers.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
