We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join our team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will be timeserved with a qualification such as NVQ or City and Guilds. You will need skills and experience in both Floor Laying and Wet Room installations.
You will be working in void and tenanted properties, contributing to the creation and build of new affordable homes as well as maintenance of existing properties throughout Nottingham.
This will include installations & refurbishments of kitchens and bathrooms where you will be responsible for;
- Full renewals
- Repair work
- Adhesives
- Wet room installation
- Alto floor fitting
- Fitting new tray and prepare floors for a complete wet room floor install
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday. You will be working a standard 37 hour week with potential to take overtime/emergency call outs. Specialist tools will be supplied but own basic hand tools will be required. You will be provided with a work van for working mileage.
You will need;
- NVQ / C&G or Timeserved (Level 3 Qualification Desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own Transport
- Previous Experience (3+ years)
