Job Title: GCSE English Lecturer

Are you an experienced English lecturer looking to make a meaningful impact in education? A Richmond-based institution is seeking a dedicated GCSE English Lecturer for a part-time role, with approximately 19 hours of teaching per week and additional administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality GCSE English lessons to students, supporting their academic progress and preparing them for exams.
- Complete administrative tasks related to teaching, including assessments, grading, and preparing materials.
- Be available to cover additional classes when required, including during staff absences.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a smooth and effective delivery of the curriculum.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in delivering GCSE English courses.
- Strong knowledge of the GCSE English curriculum and a proven ability to deliver engaging lessons.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage both teaching and administrative duties.
Additional Information:
- The role offers approximately 19 hours of teaching per week, with the remaining time paid at an administrative rate.
- This is a temporary ongoing position, with the possibility of additional hours to cover staff absences.
