Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a remote call centre who are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join the expanding German support team. This role is fully working from home but applicants must fluent in German to be considered.

ROLE: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor

LOCATION: Fully working from home

PAY RATE: £19,000 (increases to £20,000) 1st year earnings including bonuses £23,000

The Role

• Manage own caseload of Customers, along with the provision of information gathering and coming to payment solutions.
• To maximise revenue by using strong negotiation skills.
• Achieve call volume and quality targets as set out by the company.
• Overcome objections and take ownership of queries.
• Ensure the debtor remains on their arranged payment plan.

Desired Skills

• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Ability to work as per the strict client SLA
• Ability achieve client and internal targets and deadlines
• Excellent telephone skills / Experience in effective call handling
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work under own initiative, and also as part of a team
• Ability to work with Excel spread sheets
• Understanding of TCF and relevant regulatory guidelines
