Starting out as a trainee recruitment consultant, SCS have a structured management program that allows you to reach your careers goals by becoming Managing Consultant after 1 year, a Team Leader after 21 months, and opportunity to become a Divisional Manager and beyond. SCS prides itself on the progression opportunities we offer, all our senior members of staff including our Managing Director started here as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant!

If it turns out that management isn't for you, then we also have a highly desirable non-management progression route offering salaries of up to £34,000 + unlimited commission.

Our SCS training academy offers everything you need to make an instant impact in recruitment. Starting with a structured 4 week training plan delivered by a dedicated trainer, followed by regular and ongoing training by our business experts. Management & Leadership training is provided by a highly reputable external trainer providing all the tools and support you will ever need.

Sounds good? Well its about to get better. Expected first year earnings between £27,000 and £34,000. Uncapped commission scheme providing unlimited earning potential including commission from your team when you move into management.

Working only 8 hours per day Monday to Friday (not the usual 60 hour weeks associated with grad schemes), flexible working available along with home working 2 days per week.
