A Local Authority based in Greater Manchester in currently recruiting for a Graduate Estates Surveyor to join their Estates and Assets team.

This is a full time, temporary position for a specific project for approximately 8-12 weeks.

The purpose of the role is to work with the council to produce a full Asset List for the client. Over time records have been lost and several departments in the Council have different Asset Lists, such as finance, legal and FM teams. The surveyor will pull together all this information, validate it and produce a comprehensive list of Trafford assets and ownerships.

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent plus a relevant professional qualification e.g. RICS or related property qualification or substantial evidenced experience in the property industry.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering between £18 - £19 p/hour Umbrella Ltd (approx. £465 - £490 p/week NET after deductions) dependant on experience and qualifications.
