We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our client team in Llandudno. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of tasks to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. If you are passionate about horticulture and landscape maintenance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grounds Maintenance: Perform general grass cutting, edging, hedge trimming, minor tree works, and clearance of leaves and litter.
• Plant and Equipment Operation: Use a range of powered hand tools, light plant equipment, and tractor-mounted machinery.
• Landscaping Assistance: Support on-site construction works, including both hard and soft landscaping projects.
• Area Cleansing: Ensure the general cleanliness of designated areas.
• Vehicle Management: Drive and take responsibility for an allocated vehicle.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE, making assessments, and reporting issues.
• Paperwork: Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.

Working Hours:

• Flexible schedule: Any five out of seven days between 7:30am and 3:30pm

Requirements:

• Driving License: Must possess a current full driving license.
• Horticultural Experience: Demonstrated experience in effective horticultural practices.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Health and Safety: Commitment to contributing to a safe working environment by making assessments and reporting problems.
