Job Description
A Local Authority based in Oxfordshire is looking for a Head of HR Business Partnering to join their team on a permanent basis. The post holder will report directly into the Director of HR & OD and will be a key role in the HR Leadership Team. The post holder will support the development, implementation and embedding of the People Strategy and will play a key mentorship role to the HR Business Partners.

Ideal Candidate
- MCIPD/FCIPD or equivalent with evidence of a proactive commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Local Authority HR background essential
- Ability to lead and manage a team and ability to deliver effective and modern HR services
- Proven senior people partner with both technical knowledge and ability to influence real change
