HGV Driver - Class C1

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a housing association based in Hastings who require a HGV Driver to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. A clean Class C1 Driving License, CPC and Tacho is essential for this position.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with a total of 36 hours per week. Duties of this role are listed below:

· Providing a bulk rubbish removal service within the local area and undertaking clearances/removal of fly-tipping from estates
· Carrying out basic maintenance to gardens and overseeing repairs
· Monitor void properties and assisting with preparation of re-letting properties.

What we are looking for:

· The ideal candidate will have a clean Category C1 Driving License with CPC and Tacho
· Have experience in general cleaning or caretaker duties
· Be comfortable with heavy lifting and carrying out clearances
