Role Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Housing Solutions Service Manager to lead the delivery of an excellent Housing Solutions Service. This role is designed around customer needs and aligns with the company’s principles of creating a stronger, safer, healthier, and sustainable Borough. The successful candidate will foster a team culture that maximises customer involvement in service design, delivery, and monitoring, working closely with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Housing Solutions Service to provide high-quality support to residents.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with external organisations to improve housing outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in housing solutions or homelessness prevention.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of housing legislation and policies.
