We are currently recruiting for a Housing Solutions Officer based in Essex.

This is a 12 Week Interim Post to start asap.

Do you have the below:

Experience and detailed working knowledge of relevant Lettings, Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 and Housing Act legislation including security of tenure and private tenants' rights; welfare benefits including personal benefits and housing related benefits. ? Experience of providing an effective housing advice and homeless service to members of the public. Experience of carrying out interviews, investigations and negotiations.
