Job Description
A Local Authority based in London is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team on an initial 3-month basis with possibility of extension. The post holder will be the key advisor to Senior Managers and will provide strategic and operational advice to the senior management team. They will manage the work of the rest of the advisers including allocation of case work and ensuring strategic targets are achieved at an operational level.

Ideal Candidate
- MCIPD, CIPD or equivalent
- HR Business Partnering and Project Management experience
- Experience/knowledge of Local Authority HR desirable
- Good communication skills and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
