Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an Interim Service Manager to support with the day to day running of operations across Supported Living Services in the Birmingham area.
The services offer high-quality specialist care and support for people with a wide range of support needs to retain their independence and quality of life.
The Interim Manager will support and lead a number of small, supported living services delivering operational plan, growth and financial targets. Ensure all services comply with CQC requirements and identify areas for development and improvement.
This role requires a strong leader to motivate and inspire the team and complete monthly appraisals, identify training and work closely with team to ensuring continual improvement across the services.
This is initially an interim role with the potential of extension.
Person Specification
- The role requires an experienced and strong leader with NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
- The applicant must hold 2-4 years' experience as a Registered Manager covering dual sites.
- The applicant must have proven experience of working with people with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health problems.
- The applicant must have demonstrable experience as a Registered Manager, with success in building an effective and motivated team.
- The applicant must have proven ability to achieve targets and objectives with excellent organisation and time management skills to manager competing priorities.
- The applicant must hold a full UK driving license and access to a car to commute between head office and services in the Birmingham area.
