We are currently recruiting for a Job Coach to work with learners with High Needs across varying worksites in the area of Sheffield.

This position is:

* Part time - 2 days per week

* £13.23 ltd per hour

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

* Good relationship building

* Professional and presentable

* Excellent communication skills at all levels

The main responsibilities of the position include:

* Working with young people between 16 - 25 on a 1:1 basis

* Liaise with employers to set up placements

* Meet with young people at the placement and ensure the learner knows what is expected of them

* Ensure both parties are aware of their obligations

* Monitor success of placement and make sure goals are met
