The opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Joiner to join the team in Leeds to be part of the planned works team. The role with involve looking after the Domestic housing Fleet and civic buildings across the city of Leeds.

Duties included will be:
* Completing a full range of joinery tasks
* Prioritising workloads and working independently to complete tasks
* Planning or organising Joinery works / projects
* Understanding instructions, plans and drawings, producing, maintaining, and administering records
* Utilising IT systems and technology to maintain appropriate records
* Working alone or in conjunction with allied trades on multi-trade sites
* Using a variety of tools and equipment including electrical and hand tools
* Experience of working in a similar service.

You will need

  • NVQ Level 2 in joinery
  • Full Uk driving license
  • Working and heights using scaffolding / portable staging ladders and other equipment
  • Manual Handling
  • Asbestos awareness



This is a full time position, Monday - Friday 37 hours a week.
