We are seeking an experienced and reliable multi-trade joiner to carry out property repairs and maintenance in South London. As part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of repair and refurbishment tasks in residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a range of property repairs, including carpentry, door and window repairs, flooring installations, and general joinery.
- Performing minor plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting tasks as required.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- An NVQ or Equlvelent in a trade.
- Strong skills in carpentry, joinery, and property maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A full UK driving licence and your own tools are preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
