I have a post for Multi Trade Joiner for our Property Repairs Team

The role is within the repairs team, you will be responsible for all aspects of Joinery repairs and installations our properties. You'll be working around Bromley to Croydon.

This is a Permanent position - A Van, uniform, Tools etc are provided

The role -

As a Joiner you will be carrying out internal repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from routine reactive repairs such as replacing Doors, Skirtings, Work Tops, hand rails etc in properties and other premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.

You will need to carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works 'Right First Time'.

Requirements needed to apply.

* A full driving licence required.
* Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.
* NVQ or equivalent in Joinery or time served
