Job Specification : Kitchen Fitter

Location: North West Leicestershire

Pay Rate: £18

Type : Temp to perm

we are seeking a motivated person to join our In-House Repairs Team to carry out the installation of new kitchens and general carpentry work to our housing stock across the district. You will be joining a busy team which under takes all types of maintenance / building works across a diverse range of occupied and vacant properties. Ideally we are looking for a multi-skilled operative The candidate will have had experiencing of completing all works associated with a kitchen installations.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification (NVQ level 2 minimum) or time served
• Previous experience
• Experience in social housing (Desirable)
• Asbestos awareness
• Coshh Training
• 3 years+ experience of fitting kitchens including associated works
