Landlord and Tenant Surveyor

The company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Landlord and Tenant Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking site visits and inspections
• Providing advice on lease renewals and rent reviews
• Preparing schedules of dilapidations and negotiating settlements
• Providing strategic advice on property management issues
• Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• A property-related degree or technical qualification
• Full membership of RICS
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
