We’re currently recruiting for a Lead Mobile Cleaner to join a professional facilities team covering sites across Cheshire. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering a consistent schedule, leadership responsibility, and a company vehicle.
Location: Cheshire-wide coverage – ideally based near Warrington, Runcorn or Chester
Vehicle: Company van provided and can be based from the nearest police station
Rate: £16.51 per hour (Umbrella) £12.55 (Pay-e)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full-time, some weekend work may be required
Driving licence essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of cleaners across multiple sites
- Ensure service delivery is maintained to a high standard
- Monitor staff performance and attendance, and manage rotas effectively
- Carry out cleaning duties alongside the team, including deep cleans
- Provide training and inductions for new staff
- Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH compliance
- Be the first responder for emergency or reactive cleaning needs
- Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques
- Experience in team supervision and rota management
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Able to work independently across a mobile patch
